  • All transactions are made directly between users. Swap4Cash is not a party to any agreement between buyers and sellers/swappers.
  • We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of listed items, nor the truth or accuracy of users’ content or listings.
  • Users are responsible for verifying the authenticity of other users and listed items before completing transactions.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Post or share false, misleading, illegal, or harmful content.
  • Use the platform for scams, fraud, or other unlawful purposes.
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the site or others’ use of the platform.
  • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

6. Prohibited Items

You may not list, sell, or swap the following:

  • Illegal items or stolen goods
  • Weapons, drugs, counterfeit products

  • Items that violate any applicable Nigerian law or Swap4Cash policy

8. Disputes Between Users

Swap4Cash is not responsible for resolving disputes between users. However, we may, at our discretion, offer guidance or mediation.

9. Limitation of Liability

Swap4Cash shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

We do not guarantee the continuous availability, security, or error-free operation of the platform.
